<br />WHEREAS, all indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among
<br />Timothy S. Koch and Lori. A. Koch, Husband and Wife and Central National Bank, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated the 15th day of April, 2020 recorded on 4/22/20 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, recorded in Instrument 202002452.
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request
<br />of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SIX, (6) BLOCK ONE (1) WOODLAND PARK THIRTEENTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />commonly known as 4122 New Mexico Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
