Self, wife and husband, <br />—yi Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of <br />Dwhich is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dalton James <br />Chastain and Jordan L.
