After my father's death, my mother and all my siblings <br />treated the real property as solely my mother's. She received <br />all the income and paid all the real estate taxes and <br />improvements. <br />6. In a Quitclaim Deed, dated November 10, 2004 and <br />recorded November 22, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200411328, my <br />parents transferred the property to a revocable trust. They <br />then transferred the property to themselves in a deed, dated <br />August 4, 2010, recorded as Instrument 201109434, and then they <br />transferred a remainder interest to their children in a deed, <br />dated August 4, 2010, recorded as Instrument 200119435. <br />7. My parents always intended to hold the property <br />interests as joint tenants until their deaths. As stated above, <br />the property was always treated as such until their deaths. <br />8. A scrivener's error did not place the ground in joint <br />tenancy, in Instrument No. 201109434, but my parents always <br />intended it to be treated that way and in fact did always treat <br />it that way. <br />Dated this day of December, 2021. <br />Charlotte D.
