PITCHER and RICHARD E. PITCHER, as Beneficiary, which Deed <br />of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 200509791 in the Office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Brandon S.
