PITCHER and RICHARD E. PITCHER, as Beneficiary, which <br />Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 200500902 in the Office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Brandon S. Connick, <br />Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real <br />estate: <br />Lot 26, Westgate Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and Lot 1, Westgate 3`d Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Brandon S.
