<br />WHEREAS, public easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from 42
<br />Grand Island, LP in Lewis Acres Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />AN UTILTY, DRAINAGE, AND SIDEWALK EASEMENT CONSISTING OF PART LOT 1, LEWIS
<br />ACRES SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISALND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE
<br />PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST (NW) CORNER OF LOT 1, LEWIS ACRES SUBDIVISION;
<br />THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF S89°31'24"E, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A
<br />DISTANCE OF 170.37 FEET; THENCE S89°31'14"E, CONTINUING ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF

<br />35,660 SQUARE FEET OR 0.819 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
<br />authorized to acquire such public easements from the property owner on the above described tracts of
<br />land.
