On March 6, 2018, the <br />following Real Estate was <br />sold by Hall County for <br />delinquent taxes. On that <br />date, BORROMEO LAND <br />HOLDINGS LLC (the <br />"Purchaser") bought the <br />property at the sale. <br />2. The property is descri- <br />bed as: <br />a. Address: 226 Arapahoe <br />Avenue, Grand Island, NE <br />68801 <br />b. Legal Description: Lot <br />2, Block 5, Dale Roush <br />Second Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (the <br />"Real Estate"). <br />3. The taxpayer name and <br />in whose name the tax <br />assessment is made is: <br />Danny R. Miller and Pa- <br />mela S. Miller. <br />4. The amount of the <br />taxes represented by Tax <br />Certificate No. 20180088, <br />assessed for the 2016 <br />taxes is: $568.76. Subse- <br />quent taxes may have <br />been paid and interest <br />may have accrued as of <br />the date this notice is <br />signed by the Purchaser. <br />Please be advised, pur- <br />suant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § <br />77-1831, that the issu- <br />ance of a tax deed is <br />subject to the right 01 <br />redemption under Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1824 to <br />77-1830. The right 01 <br />redemption requires pay- <br />ment to the county treas- <br />urer, for the use of such <br />purchaser, or his or her <br />heirs or assigns, of the <br />amount of taxes represen- <br />ted by the tax sale <br />certificate for the year the <br />taxes were levied or as- <br />sessed and any subse- <br />quent taxes paid and <br />interest accrued as of the <br />date payment is made to <br />the county treasurer. The <br />right of redemption ex- <br />pires at the close o1 <br />business on the date o1 <br />application for the tax <br />deed, and a deed may be <br />applied for after the expi- <br />ration of three months <br />from the date of service o1 <br />this notice.
