<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801, is hereby appointed
<br />Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed Patrick Kosmicki, a single person, as Trustor, in
<br />which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as
<br />the Beneficiary, dated August 2, 2002, and recorded August 8, 2002, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Instrument Number 0200208308 and 0200208309 regarding the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Patrick Kosmicki, a single person, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY,
<br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated August 2, 2002, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 0200208308 and 0200208309, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconvevance.
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Eighteen (18), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
