<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LOTOCKA LLC, an Oklahoma
<br />limited liability company (the "Grantor"), for good and valuable consideration DBAD LAND
<br />CO., LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, with a notice address of 2925 NW 156th
<br />Street, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013 (the "Grantee"), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged and confessed, does hereby QUITCLAIM, GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and
<br />CONVEY unto the Grantee all of the Grantor's interest in and to the SURFACE ONLY of that
<br />certain real property and premises situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, LESS
<br />AND EXCEPT all of the oil, gas, and other minerals in, under, and that may be produced from
<br />said real property including, without limitation, non -participating mineral interests, term mineral
<br />interests, reversionary mineral interests, royalty interests, non -participating royalty interests,
<br />term royalty interests, reversionary royalty interests, overriding royalty interests, oil and gas
<br />leases, oil, gas and other mineral leasehold interests, working interests, and production payments,
<br />of any kind or character, without limitation, whether producing or non -producing and all other
<br />rights to production or proceeds from production, including, but not limited to, any pooled or
<br />unitized acreage or interests, bonuses, rents, royalties, monies, and any and all contractual rights
<br />and agreements providing for the benefits, acquisition and earnings of any such interests,
<br />together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
<br />interests of any type or kind pertaining to oil, gas, and other minerals not previously reserved or
<br />conveyed of record, which are hereby explicitly and expressly reserved unto the Grantor and
<br />excepted from this conveyance.
