<br />STAROSTKA HOMES, INC., a Nebraska corporation, Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Hundred Ninety -nine Thousand Dollars
<br />($199,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, conveys to JACK M. NEWELL, TRUSTEE OF THE JACK

<br />from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and
<br />restrictions of record;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
