IMOGENE P. GEORGE and THEODORE GEORGE, husband and wife,
<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to
<br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $46,000.00 the Lease dated September 17, 2001
<br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the
<br />following - described premises:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), having a lake front footage of 75 feet, situated on the West
<br />side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />bounded on the Westerly side by the common road;
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $46,000.00, with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that
<br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further
<br />force nor effect.
