20010957 4 <br />BILL OF SALE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge, we hereby sell, <br />set over, and assign unto Imogene P. George, the following property: <br />A. All of my lease rights under Lease dated the 28th day of April, <br />1994, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and David C. <br />Powers and Rosemary Powers are the Lessees, and pertaining to: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), having a lake front footage of 75 feet, situated on the <br />West side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /ZSW' /4), in Section Thirteen <br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side by the common <br />road; <br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises. <br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on <br />said premises EXCEPTING: <br />None <br />D. Stock Certificate No. 208 for 225 shares of the common stock of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. <br />We warrant that we are the owners of the above - described property, improvements and <br />personal property on the above - described premises; that we are entitled to sell the same; that <br />said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that we will warrant and defend the <br />title to said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever. <br />DATED this 1 9thday of September., 2001. <br />David C.
