I am the attorney for FABIAN LAND HOLDINGS LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, and have knowledge of the facts related herein. 2. The property is commonly described as 304 W Pine, Alda, NE 68810, and legally described as A part of Block 4, Brown's Addition to Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, described as beginning at a point on the South line of said Block 4, a distance of 50 feet west of the southeast corner of said Block 4; thence northerly and parallel to the east line of said Block 4, a distance of 150 feet; thence westerly and parallel to the southerly line of said Block 4, a distance of 100 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the easterly line of said Block 4, a distance of 150 feet; thence easterly along and upon the south line of said Block 4, a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning (the "Real Estate"). 3. FABIAN LAND HOLDINGS LLC is the owner and holder of Tax Sale Certificate No. 20180061, which was issued on or about 03/06/2018. A copy of the Tax Sale Certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. 4. The original Tax Sale Certificate is held by the Treasurer of Hall County. 5. A registered abstracter conducted a title search of the Real Estate. The title search was completed to determine all persons and entities who are entitled to notice pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1832. A copy of the title search is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein.
