Depue, Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201308678. <br />2. That Michael W. Daniels and Victoria W. Daniels, husband and wife, are the <br />Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. Depue as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Alvin L. Gosda and Cyndia L. <br />Gosda. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Three (9), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a certain tract of <br />land more particularly described in Book 66, Page 81. <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary <br />and Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to - <br />wit: failure to pay note installment due on November 1, 2021. <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the Trustee is <br />entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law. <br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds as <br />provided by law. <br />Dated this 3 Q day of /J' 0 r t C , 2021. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />RONALD S.
