<br />limited liability company, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), in Section Twenty-eight (28), in Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County Nebraska
<br />Lot Eight (8), Island, located in Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Twenty (20) acres of accretion ground located in Section Twenty-seven (27), in Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County Nebraska, which Twenty (20)
<br />acres is adjacent to and easterly of Lot Seven (7) in Section Twenty-eight (28), in Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County Nebraska, and which is on
<br />Page 62 of Book E in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County with reference number
<br />8.
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Government Lot Four (4), in Section Twenty-eight (28),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., said tract being more
<br />particularly described as follows: With a reference to the Northwest Corner of said Section 28;
<br />thence running S 00 degrees 14'00" E on the West line of said Lot 4 for a distance of 1376.00
<br />feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway #80, said point being the
<br />actual POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 00 degrees 14'00" E for 44.00 feet to a
<br />point on the high bank of the Platte River; thence N 71 degrees 06'34" E on said high bank of the
<br />Platte River for 42.06 feet; thence N 27 degrees 49'48" W for 39.54 feet to a point on said
<br />Southerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway #80; thence S 77 degrees 59'00" W on said
<br />right-of-way line for 22.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
