PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED 200109559 <br />Grantor, DANIEL H. FAKES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE <br />ESTATE OF GLADYS A. FAKES, DECEASED, (Case No. PR00 -287 in the <br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska) in consideration of ONE <br />DOLLAR ($1.00) received from Grantees, BARRY L. HOPKINS AND LINDA <br />K. HOPKINS, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantees, <br />the following described real estate: <br />Fractional Lot Sixteen (16) in fractional Block Three <br />(3) in Parkhill Subdivision and its complement, to -wit: <br />fractional Lot Eight (8), in fractional Block Forty - <br />eight (48) of subdivision of Blocks Forty -eight (48) <br />and Forty -nine (49) of Wasmer's Third Addition, and all <br />of fractional Lot Fifteen (15), and the easterly eight <br />(8) feet of fractional Lot Fourteen (14), both in <br />fractional Block Three (3) in such Parkhill <br />Subdivision, and fractional Lot Seven (7) in fractional <br />Block Forty -eight (48) of subdivision of Block Forty - <br />eight (48) and Forty -nine (49) of Wasmer's Third <br />Addition, and <br />That part of Lot Four (4) and the easterly eight (8) <br />feet of that part of Lot Five (5), which parts are <br />south of the south line of the alley running easterly - <br />westerly in Block Seven (7), Ashton Place Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power <br />and lawful authority to convey the same. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Executed this —O day of September, 2001. <br />ES <br />DE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />(ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Personal Representative <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on <br />September %/ , 2001, by Daniel H.
