Stoltenberg, a single person, Patricia K. Hotz <br />and Frederick W. Hotz, wife and husband, Marvin D. Duryee and Shirley K. Schlattmann, <br />husband and wife, Carol M. Helleberg and Jeffrey S. Helleberg, wife and husband, herein called the <br />grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received <br />from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Stacia L.
