RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated May
<br />4, 1996, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Mitchell P. Massing, a single
<br />person, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block One hundred forty -four (144) Union Pacific Railway Company's 2 °d Addition
<br />and Its Complement Lot Eight (8), Block Twenty -nine (29) Russell Wheelers Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />which was Entered on May 8, 1996 as Document No. 96- 103511, in the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Office, and State of Nebraska.
