QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />MICHAEL PALU AND VALERIE PALU, husband and wife, Grantors, in consideration of Ten
<br />Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GAYLORD A.
<br />MARTENS, a single person, Grantee, all of their undivided interest the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201), in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />TRACT 1: Lot 9 and 4, Palu Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed Book
<br />142, Page 298, Book 127, Page 269, Book 146, Page 639, Book 146, Page 642, as
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Tract 2: A tract of land comprising a part of Lot 13, Palu Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northeast corner of said Lot 13; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot 13,
<br />a distance of 60.28 feet; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 9 if extended
<br />Westerly, a distance of 78.32 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 13; thence
<br />Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 13, a distance of 98.1 feet to
<br />the place of beginning, at situated in Hall County, Nebraska, more commonly known
<br />as 3422 Tri Street, Grand Island, NE 68801.
