<br />677.89 feet to a point on the south line of said N 1/2 NE 1/4; thence N 89° 58'48" E on the South
<br />line of said N 1/2 NE 1/4 for 601.78 feet; thence N 000 00' 35" E parallel with the East line of
<br />said N 1/2 NE 1/4 for a distance of 1322.68 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract
<br />containing 21.002 acres more or less, the Northerly 33.00 feet thereof being Hall County road
<br />right -of -way.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 97- 106817 on August 21, 1997, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76- 1014. *andas Document No. 97'- 106818
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
