CERTIFICATION OF TRUST TERRI L. JENSEN, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that: 1. Affiant has executed an Amendment and Restatement of Maurice W. Sapp Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 5, 2018 (the "Trust Agreement") amending and restating in its entirety the Maurice W. Sapp Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated May 24, 2001 as amended August 2, 2013 wherein he designated himself as the initial Trustee and June M. Sapp as successor Trustee. In the event June M. Sapp is unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity, Terri L. Jensen is designated as a further successor Trustee, Sondra M. Terry as the next further successor Trustee, Larry W. Sapp as the next further successor Trustee and Steve Speidel as the next further successor Trustee. 2. June M. Sapp died on July 17, 2019; 3. From the date of the creation of the Trust until November 11, 2021, Maurice W. Sapp served as Trustee of the Trust; 4. Upon the death of Maurice W. Sapp and pursuant to ARTICLE XI of the Trust, Terri L. Jensen executed a Declaration of Death of Trustee and Acceptance of Successor Trustee under date of November 5, 2021, wherein she has accepted the Trusteeship of said Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 5. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Maurice W. Sapp and is in full force and effect; 6. Affiant Terri L. Jensen is currently serving as Trustee of said Trust and the Trust Agreement grants Affiant as Trustee all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 7. Sondra M. Terry, Terri L. Jensen and Larry W. Sapp are the beneficiaries of the Trust; and 8. The Trust Agreement has not been revoked or amended to make any representa- tion contained in this Certification of Trust incorrect and the signature of Affiant is as Trustee under the terms of the Trust Agreement.
