PEDERSEN and PAMELA M. PEDERSEN, husband and <br />wife, as Trustor, and ROBERT A. SEELY and JEAN E. SEELY, husband and wife, as <br />Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 200907479 in the Office of the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, <br />Brandon S. Connick, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the <br />following described real estate: <br />The West Seventy -Three and Twenty -Eight Hundredths (73.28) feet of <br />Lot Six (6), in the Court House Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Brandon S.
