Henricks, Personal Representative of the Estate of Harold <br />G. Merrill, Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Leah Rae <br />Fernald, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />All of that part of Lot 5 in Block 34 in the <br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at a point on the South line of said <br />Lot 5, 22 feet 6 inches West of the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot 5; thence in a northerly <br />direction at right angles parallel with the <br />East line of said Lot 5 a distance of 80 feet; <br />thence in a Westerly direction at right angles, <br />parallel with the south line of said Lot 5, <br />to the Westerly line of said Lot 5; thence in a <br />southerly direction at right angles, parallel <br />with the East line of said Lot 5 a distance of <br />80 feet; thence in an easterly direction along <br />the south line of said Lot 5 to the place of <br />beginning; <br />subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to <br />distribution of the real estate from said estate.
