CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record August 6, 2001, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.2001-
<br />07798. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Christopher J. Fruhling and
<br />Miriam L. Fruhling, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record
<br />December 22, 1999 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No.99- 112024.
<br />On or about December 21, 1999, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment
<br />was recorded December 22, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 112025.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Waggener Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
