<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />RONALD E. BLISS AND KELLY N. BLISS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to BANK OF DONIPHAN,
<br />PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein dated 10-24-2014 and 05-19-2009 and filed 11-03-2014 and

<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
