a <br />1odu1S9v *I'S <br />rso <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Ella Mae Dahms, a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dylan M. Sims and <br />Todd A.
