Peterson and Becky M. Peterson, husband and wife, are Beneficiary and Felix <br />Chacon, a single person, and Maria Duffay Hemmingsen, a single person, are Trustor and <br />Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 5, <br />2018, and identified as Document No. 201803579, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The Easterly Forty -Seven (47') Feet of Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Windolph's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />/j%pyq„lev/- A tpa/ , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />ear <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />GAIL HAMPTON <br />My commission expires: _ ` My Com.
