Wieck, single person, Roswitha P. Wieck and Michael L. Wieck, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dianne Benaivdz and Albert Benaivdz, wife and husband, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: Lot Forty -Three (43), Block One (1), Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
