<br />the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is

<br />and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across,
<br />underneath, and through a part of Lot One (1), Bosselman Crossing Subdivision, Lot
<br />Two (2), Bosselman Crossing Subdivision, and Lot Three (3), King's Crossing
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the ten (10.0) foot wide
<br />easement and right-of-way tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly ten (10.0) feet and the northerly ten (10.0) feet of Lot One (1),
<br />and the northerly ten (10.0) feet of Lot Two (2), Bosselman Crossing
<br />Subdivision and the northerly ten (10.0) feet of Lot Three (3), King's Crossing
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a combined total
<br />of .21 acres, more or less as shown on the plat dated 9/9/2021, marked
