Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provided in Section <br />16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated July 20, 2021, together with all Riders to this <br />document. <br />(B) "Borrower" is Scott M. Cameron and Wendy L. Cameron, husband and wife, as joint tenants.. <br />Borrower is the trustor under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is Nebraska State Employee Credit Union. Lender is a Credit Union organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska. Lender's address is 330 S. 16th St, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. Lender <br />is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Sheri A Burkholder. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated July 20, 2021. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender Thirty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty One And 27/100 Dollars (U.S. $35,841.27) <br />plus interest.
