Perez, a single person, being first duly sworn upon <br />oath, depose and state that she knows of her own personal knowledge: that she is <br />the owner of record and present title holder in fee simple of the real estate legally <br />described as: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Park Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />That she is in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the <br />whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said <br />premises has never been disputed. <br />That she makes this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />Dated: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF l/ )SS: <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this <br />Angela R.
