That I am the surviving spouse of HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR <br />and therefore have personal knowledge of the statements made <br />herein. <br />2. That title in and to the real estate described on <br />Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its <br />entirety is in HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR and your Affiant as Joint <br />Tenants with Rights of Survivorship by virtue of Warranty Deed <br />dated May 28, 1963 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That HARLAN R. PUNCOCHAR passed away on February 3, <br />2021. An original death certificate is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety.
