Wichman Jr. and Jennifer L. <br />Wichman, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Felix A. Alba and Rocio A.
