202109336 <br />Lot Ninety Six (96), West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, in 1949 and built a personal residence thereon and subsequently an <br />addition to the premises thereon. <br />5. Russell W. O'Neill and Josephine L. O'Neill, husband and wife, occupied the <br />premises on the noted property exclusively as tenants in common until Russell W. <br />O'Neill's death on February 13, 1996. <br />6. Russell W. O'Neill's one-half interest in Lot Ninety Six (96), West Lawn, an <br />Addition, City of Grand Island, NE, was conveyed to his wife, Josephine L. O'Neill on <br />November 7, 1997, by Deed of Distribution, filed of public record with the Register of <br />Deeds as Instrument No. 97-110480. <br />7. Josephine L. O'Neill thereafter continued her residency in the premises at <br />Lot Ninety Six (96), West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County <br />Nebraska, until her death on February 3, 2009. <br />8. On April 16, 2009 Josephine L. O'Neill's Last Will and Testament was offered <br />and accepted in the probate court of Hall County Court in PR 09-92. <br />9. The Last Will and Testament of Josephine L. O'Neill, dated January 15, 1999, <br />specifically devised and bequeathed her residence at 1732 N. Huston, Lot Ninety Six <br />(96), West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to her <br />adult son, Joseph P. O'Neill, a single person and adult daughter, Evelyn O'Neill, a single <br />person. <br />10. Joseph P. O'Neill and Evelyn O'Neill, occupied the residence at 1732 N <br />Huston, exclusively from and after April 17, 2009 until their respective deaths for Joseph <br />P. O'Neill on February 16, 2020 and for Evelyn J. O'Neill on October 25, 2020. <br />
