Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Archer Cooperative Credit Union, 2121 Archer Rd, Archer, NE 68816. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated November 02, 2021. The <br />Note states that Borrower owes Lender TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND ONE <br />HUNDRED AND NO/100 Dollars (U.S. $ 223,100.00) plus interest.
