<br />NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and Trustee under said Deed of Trust
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed on January 12, 1999,
<br />as Document No. 99- 100355 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lots 1 and 2 in Block 4 FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for April, 2001, through September, 2001, with a total
<br />current amount due and owing of $3,071.00. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f /k/a The Overland National Bank Of Grand Island,
<br />for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f/k/a
<br />The Overland National Bank Of Grand Island has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
