Legacy is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located on land <br />owned by GIG Ventures, LLC (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />r° i <br />rn <br />7v <br />rn <br />tin <br />tinrn <br />CI <br />A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section Thirty <br />Two (32); thence Easterly along the South line of said Section, Five Hundred Seventy <br />(57) feet to a point; thence Northerly Three Hundred Forty Two and Eight Tenths (342.8) <br />feet parallel to the West Section line of Section Thirty Two (32); thence running Westerly <br />parallel to the Southerly boundary line One Hundred Ninety Seven and Two Tenths <br />(197.2) feet to a point; thence right 90 degrees 00' Eight (80.0) feet to a point; thence left <br />80 degrees 00' One Hundred Twelve (112) feet to a point; thence left 37 degrees 46' <br />Three Hundred Six and Six Tenths (306.6) feet to a point that is in the West line of said <br />Section; thence left 64 degrees 30' Three Hundred Ten (310.0) feet to a point which is <br />the Southwest corner of said Section and the point of beginning; EXCEPT a tract of land <br />deeded to the State of Nebraska which Deed is recorded in book 135, Page 191 of Record <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, AND EXCEPT a tract of <br />land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 9, Page 79; <br />AND EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Report of Appraisers <br />recorded as Document No. 200204238. <br />Also known as 3234 Schimmer Dr W <br />b. On December 9th, 2015, Double H Enterprises, LLC entered into a lease (the <br />"Lease") with USA Outdoor, L.L.C. for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. <br />Legacy Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor to USA Outdoor, L.L.C. Gig Ventures, LLC <br />is the successor to Double H Enterprises, LLC. <br />
