Thompson, A Single <br />Person and Joseph L. Gray, A Single Person to MADISON COUNTY BANK, Madison, Nebraska, in its own right <br />and/or as Successor In Interest to First National Bank of Albion, Albion, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, <br />dated March 12, 2012 and filed March 13, 2012 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Instrument No 201201912, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named <br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described <br />premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWO (2), WEST BEL AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />Which currently has the address of 2616 Del Monte Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68801. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 5th day of October , 2021. <br />Attest: <br />renda L.
