<br />Trustor, for the benefit of SUPERIOR MORTGAGE, INC., which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded APRIL 27, 1987 as Instrument No. 87- 102357, in Book No. - - -, at Page
<br />No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION BY
<br />WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS INC FKA PNC MORTGAGE CORP. OF AMERICA FKA SEARS
<br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS ATTORNEY IN FACT, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
