<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />MID -NEBRASKA COIN -OP, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, herein called the
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities
<br />and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across,
<br />underneath, and through a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4,NE1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the easement
<br />and right-of-way tract being more particularly described as follows:

<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point
<br />also being on the westerly right-of-way line of Locust Street; thence

<br />distance of two hundred twenty-eight and twenty-two hundredths (228.22)
<br />feet to a point of intersection; thence continuing southerly along the westerly
<br />right-of-way line of said Locust Street, a distance of thirty-eight and four
