KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Jack A McConnell and Patricia A McConnell husband and wife ,
<br />to NEBRASKA ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION the Beneficiary named therein, dated 2/9/98
<br />and recorded 3/19198 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
