<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Santana Avila and Jenaro Martinez Hernandez, husband and wife, as Trustors to Jamie Mues
<br />Jankovitz, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of DT HOMES, LLC, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, and filed for record on November 16, 2016,
<br />as Document #2016-07700 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, has been
<br />paid in full, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and re -convey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />The Southerly 66 feet of Fractional Lots 1 and 2, in Fractional
<br />Bock 38, in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska and its complement being Fractional Lot 1, in
<br />Fractional Block 3, in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, and being a rectangular tract of ground having
<br />an easterly frontage of 66 feet on Adams Street, a depth of 106 feet
<br />and bounded on the south by the alley in said Blocks 3 and 38, as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded. Subject to easements, conditions,
<br />restrictions and limitations of record.
