<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
<br />200009931 Right -of -Way Easement
<br />This Agreement is made and entered into this 13 _V day of CC + , 2000, by and between Nebraska Public Power
<br />District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the undersigned grantor(s), being the original
<br />grantor(s) or the successor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of an electric transmission line right -of -way easement granted to
<br />Loup River Public Power District its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded in Miscellaneous Book W, Page
<br />18 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electric transmission line over and along said right -of -way easement
<br />Nebraska Public Power District desires to remove an existing three -pole structure and seven anchors and place a three -pole structure
<br />and three anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission line on said right -of -way easement;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $ — , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further payment
<br />of a sum to make total payment of $ 10-0 for the removal of the existing three -pole structure and seven
<br />anchors and placement of a three -pole structure and three anchors with cattle guy guards pursuant to the grant hereof, the
<br />undersigned grantor(s) hereby grant(s) and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent
<br />right, title, and interest to place a three -pole structure and three anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission
<br />line on said right -of -way easement across the following described property:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter, EXCEPT a fractional tract in the Northeast Corner thereof lying north of the
<br />north bank of the creek in Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the 6` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right -of -way easement unless otherwise expressly
<br />provided herein.
<br />Remove the existing three -pole structure and seven anchors located approximately 610 feet northwest, as measured
<br />along the centerline of the existing electric transmission line from the east line of said East Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter. Place a three -pole structure on the centerline of the existing electric transmission line, 2 feet southeast of the
<br />three -pole structure being removed. Place two anchors with cattle guy guards 22 feet northeast of the center pole and
<br />one anchor with a cattle guy guard 35 feet northeast of the north pole of the new three -pole structure.
<br />The District agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to personal property, fences,
<br />livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration,
<br />relocation, reconstruction, and construction of said line. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of the
<br />construction stated herein.
