<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
<br />2000099"0 Right -of -Way Easement
<br />This Agreement is made and entered into this 1 -34- of 2000, by and between Nebraska Public Power
<br />District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the undersigned grantor(s), being the original
<br />grantor(s) or the successor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of an electric transmission line right -of -way easement granted to
<br />Loup River Public Power District its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded in Miscellaneous Book W, Page
<br />2 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electric transmission line over and along said right -of -way easement
<br />Nebraska Public Power District desires to remove an existing two -pole structure and place a new two -pole structure and one anchor
<br />with a cattle guy guard in the existing electric transmission line on said right -of -way easement;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $ receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further payment
<br />of a sum to make total payment of $ 1,06 / for the removal of the existing two -pole structure and placement of
<br />a two -pole structure and one anchor with a cattle guy guard pursuant to the grant hereof, the undersigned grantor(s) hereby grant(s)
<br />and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title, and interest to place a
<br />two -pole structure and one anchor with a cattle guy guard in the existing electric transmission line on said right -of -way easement
<br />across the following described property:
<br />The South One -Third of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 12 North, Range 9
<br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right -of -way easement unless otherwise expressly
<br />provided herein.
<br />Remove the existing two -pole structure located approximately 30 feet northwest, as measured along the centerline of
<br />the existing electric transmission line from the east line of said South One -Third of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter. Place a two -pole structure on the centerline of the existing electric transmission line in the same
<br />location as the two -pole structure being removed. Place one anchor with a cattle guy guard 25 feet north of thenorth
<br />pole of the new two -pole structure.
<br />The District agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to personal property, fences,
<br />livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration,
<br />relocation, reconstruction, and construction of said line. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of the
<br />construction stated herein.
