<br />2 0 0 0 0 9 9 2 9 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
<br />Right -of -Way Easement
<br />This Agreement is made and entered into this /Z day of 2000, by and between Nebraska Public Powei
<br />District, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the undersigned grantor(s), being the original
<br />grantor(s) or the successor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of an electric transmission line right -of -way easement granted to
<br />Loup River Public Power District its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded in Miscellaneous Book W, Page
<br />37 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electric transmission line over and along said right -of -way easement
<br />Nebraska Public Power District desires to remove an existing two -pole structure and place a five -pole structure and ten anchors with
<br />cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission line on said right -of -way easement;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of $ /`U receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further payment
<br />of a sum to make total payment of $ ° for the removal of the existing two -pole structure and placement of
<br />a five -pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards pursuant to the grant hereof, the undersigned grantor(s) hereby grant(s)
<br />and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title, and interest to place a
<br />five -pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission line on said right -of -way easement
<br />across the following described property:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6"'P. M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right -of -way easement unless otherwise expressly
<br />provided herein.
<br />Remove the existing two -pole structure located approximately 78 feet west of the east line of said Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northwest Quarter. Place a five -pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards, on the centerline of the
<br />existing electric transmission line, 10 feet west of the two -pole structure being removed. Place one anchor with a
<br />cattle guy guard 48 feet east and one anchor with a cattle guy guard 48 feet west of each of the poles of the new five -
<br />pole structure.
<br />The District agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to personal property, fences,
<br />livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration,
<br />relocation, reconstruction, and construction of said line. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of the
<br />construction stated herein.
