<br />Steffi A. Swanson, Attorney at Law, 1308 Galvin Road South,
<br />Heritage Square, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred
<br />to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter
<br />described, for valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to
<br />THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and
<br />assigns, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, c/o First
<br />Preston Foreclosure Specialist, 12240 Inwood Road, Dallas, TX
<br />75244; as Assignee, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Bishop Heights Third Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 12, 1997, and recorded on December
<br />17, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Document No. 97- 110679 wherein Lisa M. Rose and Steve
<br />R. Rose, Wife and Husband are named Trustors; and Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $83,078.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an
<br />Assignment dated December 12, 1997 and recorded on December 17,
<br />1997 in Document No. 97- 110680 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee
<br />dated May 23, 2000, made by Fleet Mortgage Corp. Grantor was
