Rose and Steve <br />R. Rose, Wife and Husband are named Trustors; and Mountain West <br />Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title <br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and <br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the <br />property above described to secure, among other obligations, <br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount <br />of $83,078.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; <br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by <br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an <br />Assignment dated December 12, 1997 and recorded on December 17, <br />1997 in Document No. 97- 110680 in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
