Hornady in R.W. Rasmussen Third <br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING PART OF LOT TWO (2) R.W. RASMUSSEN THIRD SUBDIVISION <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER THENCE S26°49'59"E, A DISTANCE OF 38.98 FEET, <br />THENCE N84°16'30"W, A DISTANCE OF 54.91 FEET, THENCE N00°00'00"E, A DISTANCE OF 33.38 <br />FEET, THENCE S83°43'27"E, A DISTANCE OF 37.26 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to acquire such sanitary sewer easement from the property owner on the above described <br />tract of land. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, October 12, 2021. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />Rog.
