STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which wilt infringe upon a public right of way: To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of buried fiber optics to serve 235 West Roberts Street, per the attached exhibit "A", dated 2021/9/28 and consisting of one (1) page. 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's public right of way to which this License Agreement shall apply: LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3) AND THE WESTERLY 79.1 FEET OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5), AND THE TRACT OF LAND FORMELY KNOWN AS "RAINS AVENUE" EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF ROBERTS AVENUE TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE CHICAGO, BURLINGTON & QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY'S RIGHT OF WAY, ALL IN RAINS FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
