Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, <br />whose mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801, is hereby appointed <br />Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DEVONA HINES n/k/a DEVONA MARSHALL, a <br />single person, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, dated December 23, 1996, and recorded December 27, 1996, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Instrument Number 96-110038 and 96-110039 <br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by <br />DEVONA HINES n/k/a DEVONA MARSHALL, a single person, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA <br />HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated December 23, 1996, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 96- <br />110038 and 96-110039, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
