<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by LURA E
<br />JOHANSON, A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to U.S. BANK, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated 07/29/2016,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book = Page = or
<br />Instrument Number 201604971 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
